Two men, ages 24 and 26, were brought before the Famagusta District Court after their arrest in connection with a violent brawl in Xylophagou.
The court ordered them held for six days as Famagusta CID continues its investigation.
Police located and arrested the suspects in Larnaca only hours after releasing their names and photographs to the public.
Their detention brings the total number of arrests in the case to five, with additional individuals still being sought. All are Syrian nationals.
The clash occurred on the night of 8 July and involved an estimated 15 to 20 people. Police said bats, crowbars, hammers and other dangerous objects were used, and a vehicle attempted to ram members of the opposing group before crashing into a home storage area, causing damage.
Famagusta CID is continuing its inquiries.
