Cyprus had a strong presence at the Fruit Logistica 2026 trade fair in Berlin, where the Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry participated with a national pavilion in cooperation with the Cyprus Trade Centre.
The exhibition, held 4–6 February, featured more than 2,600 exhibitors from over 90 countries.
Seven Cypriot companies took part, promoting local potatoes, vegetables, fresh herbs and citrus fruit, while also exploring market trends and meeting key industry stakeholders.
The ministry said participation in the fair supports Cypriot producers in expanding their international reach and maintaining access to global markets.
It added that Fruit Logistica remains one of the world’s leading events for the fresh‑produce sector, attracting significant commercial interest and showcasing the full supply chain of fruit and vegetable production and trade.
