President Christodoulides said all government actions are geared towards strengthening the country’s internal and external sources of power, which he said is also helping the wider effort to resolve the Cyprus problem.
Speaking last night as he arrived for a meeting with the Pancyprian Organisation of Grain Producers in Aradippou, he described his participation in the Egypt-Greece-Cyprus Trilateral Summit as highly significant.
He also repeated his readiness to hold even daily meetings with the Turkish Cypriot leader before he heads to New York.
Asked about the upcoming visit of Israel’s President to Cyprus, Christodoulides noted there is considerable movement underway in relation to developments across the region.
