Ferry services between Cyprus and Greece will resume with a newly upgraded vessel, the AF Marina.
The maritime link, now entering its fifth year, will begin its first sailing of the season on May 29 from Limassol.
The final return trip is scheduled for Sept. 1, with a total of 22 sailings planned.
According to reports, this year’s crossings will be operated by the AF Marina, which replaces the vessel used in previous seasons.
The Cyprus–Greece ferry route was reinstated in 2022 after more than two decades without a passenger link.
It has since drawn steady demand, particularly from travelers who prefer an alternative to air travel, as well as tourists, students and motorists transporting vehicles between the two countries.
Seasonal sailings have typically reached high occupancy during peak summer months, though the service remains limited to a few dozen crossings each year.
