FAMAGUSTA GAZETTE – Two food delivery workers were attacked and robbed in separate incidents late Tuesday night.
The first assault occurred at 10:20 p.m. in the coastal area of Germasogeia, where a 24-year-old delivery driver was attacked by two masked suspects while riding his moped, police said.
The assailants stole his vehicle and a shoulder bag containing €100 before fleeing.
The victim was treated at Limassol General Hospital for minor injuries. Authorities later located the stolen moped using GPS tracking.
The second attack happened at 11:30 p.m. at a traffic-light intersection in central Limassol, police said.
Two masked individuals on a motorcycle struck a 22-year-old delivery worker before escaping. The victim fell to the ground but was not injured.
Police are investigating both cases.
