The British government has advised against all but essential travel to Israel, citing heightened regional tensions that could trigger travel disruptions and other unforeseen impacts.
In updated guidance, the Foreign Office said it continues to warn against all travel to specific areas in the region, noting that the deteriorating security situation poses increased risks to travelers.
Officials urged caution across much of the area.
The advisory covers both Israel and the Palestinian territories and will remain under ongoing review, the Foreign Office said.
